i did the spell but nothing happened can some one help me

last night i did the spell  in the full moon the insouciant inclemency spell and i went in the bath tub and said it then i got out i felt nothing and i want to sleep then i deamt i was a mermaid and i was swimming and this morning i had and erge to go to the sea and swim and i touched water then nothing happened i felt sick too and headcha does this mean i did the spell wrong or that it is working i am just getting side effects
