    Try restarting your computer. When the computer is restarting, before you get to the Welcome Screen, hit F8 every second or so. It should take you to a page where you can opt to start in Safe Mode.
    While in Safe Mode try to run System Restore again.
    You've learned a valuable lesson... Never interrupt System Restore :).
