   wether we are in a recession or not the spending is still going full swing by the government...it seems the people are the only ones affected by this financial crisis.....obama's inaugeration is going to cost roughly 160 million dollars.......thats over 100 million british pounds.....bush only spent 46 million, and clinton spent 33......obama just spent more than them both combined.
