inspiron 1501 led codes

Diagnostic boot on inspiron 1501 holding fn key and pressing power, releasing both at same time.  Resulting code is solid caps lock and scroll lock leds.

    Those two lights solid indicates No DIMMs installed.  Of course if they are installed and properly seated then the motherboard is faulty.
