    Instructions for Conair WW87 scale:

   
   

   1. Press User

   
   

   2. Wait until the display cycles through your height, then age, then weight (0.0lb).

   
   

   3. Step onto the scale with moist bare feet. (Make sure your heels touch the metal contacts.)

   
   

   4. The scale will display your Weight, BF Weight, BF%, Body Water, & Bone Mass.
