iomega home media network hard drive red light flashing in all power outlets

I am trying to set up a new iomega home media network hard drive, however when I plug it into any power outlet in the house, the top light red flashes, it is the same in all power outlets

    it means general failure, if your drive are in warranty, apply to a change of all the drive
