    It is definately better to use black ink on your documents if you tend to use them for official purposes. Printing of documents with a black ink is universal phenominon and such documents can be used anywhere.

   
   

   Documents with black words are more easy to use than the ones with blue ink. Another positive aspect of the black inked documents is that they can be photocopied with clarity.
