    For the 12 year old maybe, but the 18y/o is going to jail for statutory rape.

    NO. I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO LIVE WITH MYSELF IF I DID THAT. Are you thinking of doing it?  Or are you asking for a different reason? Well, what I think is that if a 12 year old were to have s*x, it would be sad to give up virginity. Virginity is a very beautiful and special thing. And I agree with the other guest; the 18 year old would be sent to jail for being accused of rape. :|
