layers trust fund check

i am getting a check from my lawyers trust fund for $45,406 is this check going to be certified? and if not how much of this will be available when i take it to the bank to deposit it

    i guess the check would be normal but can be certified if you ask your lawyers for it. i would suggest to get a wire transfer rather than cheque.  most likely the cheque is going to the full amount but you may have to pay tax's depending on your tax bracket.
