   Sounds like the symptoms of a lumbar disc protrusion or herniation with sciatic pain (if the leg pain is on the back side than it's quite probable).  An MRI scan could tell you more. Also, go to these sites for more info and see if the rest of the symptoms match: L5 S1 Disc Protrusion and Herniated Disc L5.
