I've installed the latest drivers for Win7 and the Expert Mouse. After startup I get multiple trackballworks icons and the unit won't work properly until I exit all but one of them.I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but the problem persists after a little while. First one icon, then three, and today there were 6 running at startup.Thanks--Susan

The version, 1.0.4 on Kensington's web is bugged. I downloaded v1.0.1 and it works ok but is not as nice as MouseWorks was. Grab TrackballWorks v1.0.1 from: http://majorgeeks.com/Kensington_TrackballWorks_for_Windows__d6481.html

I've found a workaround for this annoying problem:
1. Disable the default instance (it's in the Registry, you can do this easily by typing msconfig at the Run prompt, going to the Startup tab, and looking for KTbWorks Application)
2. Create a new shortcut to TrackballWorks in your Startup folder
3. If, each time you boot, the TrackballWorks user interface shows up, edit the shortcut and remove the "Show_Config" from the end of the command line
