my Dynex TV wont turn on

My Dynex TV wont turn on. When its plugged in the red light comes on but when i press the power button on the TV and the remote the blue light that shows that its on wont come up the screen just stays black

    Look inside to see if any circuit boards are cracked, or cables come off the board.
