my R4i card has stopped working on my dsi getting a message is displayed saying An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting. it is version 1.3u

    My sons R4i card stopped working, when he trys to turn it on it freezes he hits the A button and it will automatically upload 1 game what can I do to fix the problem?
