I cannot see my schedule at mybenefits.com and walmart.com doesn't want to be replayed or reported any e-mail. To whom or where I can I contact to?

I am so frustrated with the Walmart associate sites (eg: login, benefits and schedules)! The sites used to be so easy to access, but now we have to guess about which login is really a login, which benefit option is really about our benefits vs blogs, reviews, ads, google, etc. Worse yet: I keep getting denied access when I use my confirmed ID and Password!
PLEASE FIX WHAT WASN'T BROKEN BEFORE ALL OF THE "IMPROVEMENTS"!!!!!

ok so I went to mywalmart.com to get my work schedule for the first time and it wont even let me register or login nothing works whats up with that? Not only that the new schedule isnt even posted in the store yet. Am I suppose to guess?
They have taken down all paper schedules in our stores.Try going t the hardware dept. theres new scanners where all you do is scan your badge and it gives you your schedule for3 weeks out.Hope this helps you guys...Sue B.24 yr associate store 440 in Rockport Tx
