my cat has dandruff and i cant wash his because it winter and he gets grumpy easily

he is a 8 year old male black domestic cat, and has very bad dandruff. he (digit is his name) is very dirty and gets aggitated easily. plus, my dad says i cant wash him, because its the middle of winter

    You can wash your digit with hot water and after the complete wash cover your digit with some warm blanket for some while or keep your digit at some hot place like in front of heater and do keep in mind one thing that water should not be in boiling state or you can damage your digits skin
