my lcd tv will not turn on after a power outage how can i fix it?

   Just had this happen to me.  I unplugged the TV then plugged it back in.  It turned on fine!  Seems like a simple answer, but it worked.

   Just had the same thing happen after a power outage here tonight.........and after messing around with the remote for a half an hour, I read that very simple remedy of unplugging it and plugging it back in here on this site.....did it....and it worked right away!!!!  Thanks to whoever posted that response.  You most likely saved me a load of money from a visit from a technician.  This world wide web thing, hey?????  What did we do without it????
