my lg washer wm-1437bfd has an ae error on the screen

when i turn the washer on it beeps a lot and on the screen it says error ae see owners manual but i got the washer given off my brother last year and he hasn'nt got the manual anymore

    AE in the manual means "Water leak". Manual just asks you to ring support.
