my siemans gigaset 4010s. People who call me can hear me talking but I can't hear them

People can hear me talking but I can't hear them. My phone does ring. Also there is no tone when I enter phone numbers. And no tone when I return the handset to the base station

    Than there would be problem in the speakers so you must visit the service center near you they can better tell you how to resolve this issue.
