   Hi There,
   Since you don't know what's causing this eye and head pain, I suggest you try not to take anything for it. Another issue is that if you take pain medications (even over-the-counter) more than two or three days a week, they can make matters worse by causing headaches called medication overuse headache, aka rebound. See Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires for more information on this.
   
   If you can't get in to see your own doctor very soon, consider going to an urgent care center or emergency room. Unexplained head pain should always be investigated.
