   The word rich has lots of meaning but in most cases money is the deciding factor. in reality what if you have lots of money but no health.... are you rich. one of the meaning of the rich is well-off and being well-off generally means good health.
   
   Why judge a person's wealth by their income level? it is done because, it's a lot easier number to calculate than net worth and even easier to calculate than being well-off. Most people have just one or two sources of income, but ten or twenty sources, both positive and negative, of net worth. But unfortunately, income is not just the easiest, but the most important number in most of our minds and health suffers. The richest person in the world is one who is happy and sleeps well at night.... Every day above ground is a rich day.
