   Hi,
   I repaired few brand dishwasher ..like hobart, pagor etc. but brand like you one i never done before. Commonly when my customer complaint that control panel light blinking ( almost same with your problem ) that fault coming from 2 thing. One from solenoid valve and sensor it self. Heater element not give any sense... pls check it your solenoid valve and sensor. There's should be the d**n thing !
