   Hi,
   Replacing the shift light isn't that bad... in the center console there are 2 torx screws under a cover, just take those out and then everything else can be snapped out of place. as for the radio.

   In the armrest there is a door that can be snapped out with a screwdriver and that gives access to two 8mm screws that need to be removed. Once they are removed, you slide the grey plastic piece where the hand brake is, toward the driver seat. Disconnect the two white switches. Remove the leather brake cover boot. Put the car in L or 1 (car off). Lift console from rear and snap out. There is a white plastic piece that holds the bulb. Just pull the bulb out and replace. I did it today in about 20 minutes.
