setting screen comes on every time turn camera on

every time camera turned on the setting screen comes on and needs to be set ie time and country, date and so on. If we set it all when turned off and on we have to reset again.

    This happens when battery is unplugged if otherwise it is happening see the manual because it is not a serious issue.

    Well this thing can not happen like this ..........but i think there is something wrong machine like storage memory and etc...............just see the manual or just visit the company of which camera is made!
