i am a 15 year old boy, and i have a fear of showering in the locker room and stripping down to change into my swim suit. You have to shower before and after you swim, and i am a bit shy to do so, but i want to break this fear. Does anyone know a step by step routine to being nude around other people or any pointer. Should i start by walking aroudn in boxers, then nude then showering nude to build up confidence or should i just shower nude and hope for the best.
Looking for tips, not " just do it" answers

    try to go whit no undies at home,the erection can be causet by that the brain is so used to undies,erection is a comen thing in shower when the hot wather hits the p***s, try to give it a flip ore if posebly, an cold shower and it will go down, it is nothing to be asaimed of,it is not becase of the hair they are looking at you, but maby they are not so youst to see other penises hard and is yous comparing, if this answerd help, pleas respond

    Thanx for the reposne. so like what steps should i take in teh shower room it self. maybe shower with boxers, then nude. And im not white so i have more hair then most. any pointers?
