Different companies sign a bond with the employees to ensure that the employee will be the part of the company for the defined time period.

Bond which you signed is basically your own worth. There are some skills in you which the company in which you are employed want to utilize for a long period of time and they do not want to loose you at least for 2.6 years.

    Best of luck.
