    You can apply in motorway on the job of data entry officer as you have done your diploma in information technology so I think they will surely consider upon your job request as data entry work is always there. But I think you need to be at least Bachelor to apply for a job in motorway police. You can cross check it over from their website. 

   
   

   And my advise to you is that you should complete your bachelors and then apply for the job because only then there will be a chance for you to get promoted after regular intervals if your services will be well enough.
