soundsticks II the subwoofer is on but no sound

    The potentiometer for the sub  level is notorious for developing flat spots or failing totally.  Wiggle the sub level k**b and see if the sub comes back to life.  If you're lucky some electronic cleaner is all you need, if not, break out the plastic for a new set
