   Why can't you answer the question?  Stock Symbol: Call  appears on my Magic Jack and I am unable to receive calls.  Instead all calls go directly to voice mail.  That should not be.  I can make calls out.
   
   This is supposed to be my landline but as it is it is useless to me.  I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone if this can't be corrected.

   it means the same thing as what is usually there which is "ready to call" .if ur having problem with it going straight to voice mail you should check ur settings or ask a live chat helper on my magic jack.

    Took me forever to get stock symbol on my mj screen. I had a 401 error and it wouldn't work. I have to connect it to another pc then I get the stock sym on the other machine then plug it back on mine and I get the stock sym and it works! WTF! but it works for now. I had it for about 2 yrs and this 401 thing started out of the blue. Tech support tried and tried! I found it to work by doing this. It seems like a registration issue on someones end just not sure who! I do like the mj when its working. calls are good with few problems never had a call drop but maby an echo or beep while talking. for $20 a yr or 5 cents a day I hope it works to good to be true. sick of paying $45 a month for a lan line. as its my second #
