wahl pro desginer blade problem....

i have a wahl professional designer(reddish maroon color if that helps) anyway, for a couple weeks they were working fine but now it doesnt cut at all, its cutting skin, before it was perfect! please help. i keep blades clean and oiled and have only cut with 6 times total since i bought it.

    Hi,
    1st remove the blade. Once the blade is off grab the blade drive between your fingers, if it moves side to side without any spring pressure than the drive arm is loose from the armature. If that is tight, than the armature may be loose and lifted out of alignment. There are two screws on the right hand side of the case which hold the armature. If the s***w is phillips head it is standard thread, if it is torx head it is reverse thread. loosen these screws and press down firmly on the armature. The top of the armature should be even with the top of the motor coil. If the drive lever as mentioned earlier is seperating from the armature then this should be warranty repaired by the manufacturer.
