its still full of water after cycle and detegent looks untouched

    Make sure you ream out the drain hose as much gunk builds up after use.
    The discharge pump is a low pressure pump and will not completely drain the dishwasher if any junk is in the line.
    Use a stiff long piece of tubing and run it up and down.
