   It's good to participate in speech competitions in school. You can choose any topic that interests you the most. You are a grade 7 student, and i am sure you must have great interest in out door sports, so you can deliver a speech on impotance of games, or best sports for kids. You can even have this debateable topic, do sports effect studies. These are just few ideas, hope they get you started.
