   First there is no such a thing as cheap office in london. If you are talking about central london the office rent rates are very high. If you are talking about renting in suburb of london than you should be able to find cost effective rent.

   1. you spend less money on rent but you may find a location where your customers are not willing to come

   
   

   2. your cash flow is better if you are spending less money on the office especially in the start of your business but if the office is not suited well, you might have hard time increasing business

   
   

   3. Since the rent is going to be less, the services might also be not up to par, for example no security, dirty bathrooms, unreliable infrastructure
