what are the timing to visit my friend in the hostel of Peshawar University?

I am in Islamabad and my friend got admission in Peshawar University, he is living in the hostel of the university. I have planned to meet him, I want to know that if there is specific day for meeting or I can meet him whenever I go.

    The timing in winter and summer are different to meet students in the University of Peshawar. In winter the timings are 0900 hours to 1700 hours and in summer the timings are 0800 hours to 1900 hours and you can only meet them on Sunday.
