    Hi,
    well you see if you train your muscles theres a chance. Every human body has a limit. don't train until you are 17 or 18. Cause until 17 your body grows and the training disturbs in a way. if you're under 17 or 12 i don't know something like that, than you should play basketball, ride you're bike, eat vegetables and fruits. And if you want to get strong and tall than in my opinion you should play more basketball and less soccer

    trust me drink at least 3 glases of milk everyday for at least 4 months
    at differnt times and increase the amouunt of protien rich foods in your diet  like meat and eggs and you will certainly notice a difference .
