    1)internal cmd are those cmd that are automatically loaded into the computeter.
    And external cmd are those cmd that are not automatically loaded into the computer.
    2)internal cmd are stored into the cmd.exe command interpreter eg:-dir.
    external cmd correspond to a.com or.cmd file ex:- robocopy.
    3)any two computer that have the same vergiopn of msdos will have the same no of internal command. any two computer that have same vergion of msdos may have different no of external commands.
    4) eg:-md,cd,dir,copy,date,time etc..
    ecternal eg:- chkdsk,move,scandisk etc..
