work out and watch what you eat (eat light)!!
Well it depends on how active you are. If you play a large amount of sport and eat junk, its okay because your burning it off. But I say if you are wanting to lose weight, certainly do not diet as it could ,possibaly harm you. But exicese regularly, eat healthy food, drink alot of water and sleep! Hope this helps :)
