I run 1.5 miles in 11 minutes, swim 500 meters in 14 minutes I want to know what I am getting myself into any physical restrictions such as allergies? What is the physical Allergy Treatment?

    Removing the offending agent is the first step to treatment. If sun is involved, shade and sunscreens are necessary.
