whats true friendship?

i've heard of plenty of stories of friendship........but  could someone honestly fill me in on what true friendship consists of?

    true friendship is when two people bring equal value into eachothers lives. if they is no equal value then you are not friends but acquaintances. friends give and take of eachother equally.

    that is not true, true frined is someone who is allways there for you, even if you can't be there for him/her. if you be a true friend then you friends will be true to you, if not then well you know the answer.

    true friends are people in your life that are ther for you through thick and thin...and most importantly dont no judge you. thats what a tue friend is.
