I have little knowledge about day of the dead and I am writing some information on day of the dead. Can anyone tell me where did the day of the dead originate.

     The day of the dead originated from Mexico on November 1st and 2nd (All Souls Day/All Saints Day).

    Mexicans celebrate the Day of the Dead. Much like the origins of the holiday Halloween, they believed the spirits of the dead would come back on these days to visit their love ones
