Is there any country where all the drugs are legal like if you want to do drugs while driving and on the street and so on?

    Netherlands. The best being Amsterdam. Go!

    In Amsterdam, ONLY pot and hash are legal - u can buy in the coffe houses. They do not mess with hard drugs like coke and heroin, and u can bet u will be in big trouble if caught. On the other hand, Amsterdam DOES have a needle exchange program for addicts, and so does Berlin

    Both of you are wrong. "Pot" or "hash" is in fact illegal in Amsterdam but is not frowned upon as much as other countries. If found outside the set zone you can be arrested. It is expected of tourists to take said drug in their home or designated cafes. Smoking it in front of a cop on a street corner would probably mean a few stern words going your way.
