its a cabrio model #WTW6400SW2, it goes off balance and the company i bought it from lost our warantty and won't replace it

    W10189077 is the part you need. 25 bucks on ebay. Takes 5 minutes to do. This will fix the Cabrio that shakes violently even with a single sock. The suspension has lost its shock absorption and is now only a spring. Do it!
