why can't I send email attachments

I have a problem sending email attachments to my friends.  I also have a problem receiving and reading incoming email attachments.

    According to your provided information i think there is something wrong in your internet explorer, you should upgrade it or use updated Mozilla Firefox most probably it would be helpful to you.
