why do Black people always laugh when things arent funny?

Every time I go out on the streets I always see a group of negroes laughing at people for no reason cause they dont got nothin better to do. one day I was at the movies and there were a whole bunch of niggers sitting behind me laughing for no reason and nothing was even funny. Every time you walk past a BLACK person on the street they always got somthin to say.If NIGGERS HAVE SOMETHING THEY WANNA SAY ,HOWCOME THEY CANT SAY IT TO OUR FACES?

    They laugh at us because we are the taxe payers that make them live and I guess they are scared because if they tell it to a white supremacist they might get beat up.
