why does my ww87 floor scale not show any of the body fat / water / bone mass information?

No error messages / nothing

    It doesnt show the information because:

    A:) you didnt setup a user initially when you got the scale.

    B:) You didnt choose a user to use for the weight to compare against either user 1,2,3 or 4.

    c:) The user did not enter all the information needed to calculate the users results or it errored during entry for the user.

    The reasons why it would not display.  Although, the weight did display in all the above cases.
