    You did not  mention the type of your account. Is it an account of a bank or any social networking portal?
    Please specify your question so that one can answer accordingly.
    However, if you have account on internet then these could be the reasons :

    • involved in suspicious activities
    • Use of a fake name
    • Violated of rules and regulations
    • threatens, intimidates, harasses to other user
    • Posted obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos etc.
