I once was betrayed by one former colleagues, so I resist to make friends with my colleagues, but there is a new colleague , our interests, hobbies, personality all are very chummy. should i accept this friend?

    i must add some detail, i am her leader, she always get close me. i admit i like her very much.

     It's always nice to be able to work in a friendly environment. You have an advantage when you can work where you are friends with others. Though it is rather sad to hear that you were betrayed by your former colleagues but if you see another liable candidate for your friendship, I don’t think you should not avoid her friend request and get along with her as colleagues understand things about your job that family and outsiders can't possibly understand.

    It is always better not to share your deep dark secrets with anyone else and try to avoid talking about the people in office with this new person.
