im in college and i did 2 weeks work experience in a residential home and they gave me a saturday job, and i was wondering will i have to clean the residents after they been to the toilet, because i dont think im aloud to do that?

First, I don't know why you couldn't clean a person who has used the toilet. It has too be done. I don't know why you don't think the lowest paid person, the youngest person, the strongest person and probably the smartest person shouldn't have to cleanup a resident who needs cleaned up.
My brother was in high school and worked in an institution for residents with severe handicaps. Some residents were 13 and most were young adults. He followed an experienced worker around for two days and was put on the late shift with one other young guy. A nurse sat in an office in case they had any complications or questions, but for the most part, they were required to wash and attend to the needs of these young residents.
