We know how important it can be your car, it is only fair that you give proper maintenance.

Check oil is one of the most important things you should do if you want to keep it running properly. If the level drops too low, the engine will deteriorate quickly or, in more extreme cases, can even break down in a serious way.

The process is very simple, you can do it yourself. But if it's a new experience we recommend you follow these 10 steps to properly conduct this review. Have on hand a flannel or a clean cloth and a bottle of oil (which is suitable for the engine of your car).

Try to do this procedure before jump-start the engine of the vehicle, that is frÃ_oy the oil is not stirred, and the measurement will be more accurate. Otherwise, let them spend at least 5 minutes before start

Make sure the car is parked on a level surface so that the angle does not cause your perception fails

Raise the hood of your car and locate the oil filler cap (if you have to put later)

Find the ring shaped handle rod indicating the oil level - this is known as the " Bayonet " -. It will be easy to find as it usually has a bright color, usually red or yellow. When you find it, pull it to remove it
