My friend's sister belongs to SC category. She is physically handicapped. Is there any relaxation in number of attempts for physically handicapped in UPSC examinations?

    No. there is no relaxation in number of attempts for physically handicapped in UPSC examinations, However physically handicapped candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories will be eligible for relaxation in number of attempts provided to such categories.
