    Hi,
    I would first try another key. If the ignition cylinder moves a little it may be something binding in the linkage to the switch. If it will not move at all and acts like there is no key in it at all, you either have a worn key or worn ignition cylinder.

    To replace the ignition cylinder you have to remove the steering wheel, lock plate, turn signal switch to access the cylinder lock bolt. Remove the lock bolt and cylinder will slide out. Make sure you now can start the vehicle using a pair if needle nose pliers before replacing the cylinder.
